What are your visitors doing?

With useful online tools like Google Analytics, you can learn lots of important information about your visitors. From where they are, how much time they stayed on a page, which pages they visited, etc.

Did you know that you could also look at their mouse moves?

I recently discovered a useful online tool. It allows you to record videos of mouse moves of your visitors. You can configure precision of recording, which ends up with impressive results.

This way, you can learn a lot more about the behavior of your visitors, because you see what they do! You can now check if your website is well structured and designed.

If a visitor is clicking everywhere, or takes a lot of time between each action, that may mean that the ergonomy of your website isn't well designed. Clicktale is a useful tool, especially for e-commerces, because you have to offer a very easy buying experience to your customers.
